In a further effort to secure our members privacy, the ONLY personal information obtained by golf facilities is the members legal name.(Which is necessary to verify the validity of vouchers and prevent fraud).

Upon registration, registrants have the option to subscribe to "Specials" email alerts based on your member location, AND/OR periodic "Newsletter" email. Southern Ontario Golfer Inc. actively endeavours to ONLY send you "Specials" emails based on your locality that may be of specific interest to you.

You can unsubscribe from "Specials" or "Newsletter" email at any time. Simply use the un-subscribe link in every email and send us the resulting preformatted request OR "Reply" to the email with the word "un-subscribe" in the subject line.

Only one Southern Ontario Golfer membership is permitted per person. Any attempts to submit fraudulent membership information, register more than once or fraudulently obtain or distribute vouchers may result in the permanent removal of the member from Southern Ontario Golfer and the initiation of legal action, at the sole discretion of Southern Ontario Golfer Inc. Southern Ontario Golfer reserves the right to cancel or restrict membership for any reason based on its own discretion.

Southern Ontario Golfer Inc. actively seeks out special deals and discounts for our membership through third party suppliers, accessible through links on our website. When using these third party links, ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO THESE THIRD PARTIES IS DONE SO AT THE MEMBERS OWN RISK AND SOUTHERN ONTARIO GOLFER INC.
